Welcome to life on Maryland's Eastern Shore - where we enjoy hundreds of miles of shoreline on some of the most beautiful and protected waterways in the world (including the Great Chesapeake ). Historic towns of all sizes are set amidst peaceful farmlands and rolling rivers and creeks. Our endless calendar of festivals & events celebrate our fresh local foods, arts and traditions. This is truly a special place to live!

Boating, fishing, crabbing and hunting are common pass-times among residents. Friendly "natives", tourists and part-time residents have absolutely endless opportunities to enjoy our great outdoors as well as access to outstanding food, and cultural and philanthropic camaraderie. We are fortunate to have world-class museums as well as art, music and theatre available and present in our communities. If "big city" living is still a must for you - we are just a few hours drive drive from Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York. Convenience and quality of life are our biggest draws.

Many of my buyer/clients have joked that they wanted to CLOSE the Bay Bridge so that their "secret new home" is kept safe. Well - the secret is out - but with the strong interest and involvement of our residents and with the development restrictions that have been put into place, our waterways, properties, and way of life are being well protected. The Eastern Shore of Maryland will continue to be a vibrant, beautiful and convenient place to live and thrive.

My parents bought one of the 1st townhouses in Martingham ( a golf course community close to St. Michaels) 40 years ago as a weekend getaway from our home in Baltimore.  I spent the summer of 1982 working in St. Michaels where I met my husband, who grew up on a farm in Wittman. That summer evolved into the life I've enjoyed here on the "Shore" for most of my adult life - a visit can easily turn into a new lifetime here.

Call me today - I can make arrangements to help you explore all that Maryland's Eastern Shore has to offer. There are housing, investment, and business opportunities to fit every budget and dream here. It would be my pleasure to help you with your real estate and housing goals, and most of all to help you truly appreciate all that this special part of Maryland has to offer.

Warm Regards,  Ann
